Coke Concert

Yesterday’s concert wasn’t something I expected it to be, it had Abrar, Ahmed Jahanzeb, Aatif and above all Junoon. But na it wasn’t worth it, whether it was the chill weather or too much security or seating arrangement or bad performances or just combination of all. Apart from Atif’s performance and little at times with Junoon where crowd really came to life, rest of time we were just going through emotions. Abrar I though was very disappointing, he could have lifted the tempo but he sang his songs at slow pace and only when he sang his all time hit “billo” that the crowd started bhangra. Junoon , although they played quite well but one they played all the similar songs they did in their past two concerts here , secondly I think damage was done already and it was bit too late and bit too cold for the crowd to act like junoonis.

Ok one last note my cousin Talha aka Zerocool is one die hard fan of junoon you will ever meet. And Junoons seems to acknowledge that as they wished him his birthday on stage, infect earlier on backstage sang a song too.
